Group Classes

Improve strength, get fit and lose body fat

Open to all

We run 2 classes per week. Circuits on a Thursday night at 6:30pm and Bootcamp on a Saturday at 8am.

Whether you're a client of ours or not, our classes are open to everyone of all abilities. 

Unlike other classes we pay close attention to you under the watchful eyes of our expert trainers.

You will learn the correct technique for specific exercises so you don't injure yourself and get the most out of your training.

Our classes are a great way of improving your health and fitness, lose body fat and tone up.

Everyone is very friendly and are all on a mission to achieve their goals and to push one another, it's a great way to be part of our community.

Each of the classes lasts 1 hour. Make sure you bring plenty of water and a towel.
