Small Group Personal Training

Looking for the personal touch of 1-1 coaching, but love the motivation of training with others?

Our Small Group PT sessions offer the best of both worlds — expert coaching, personal attention, and the energy of a group… all for a fraction of the price of 1-1 training.

Here’s what to expect:

✅ Maximum of 4 people per session – you’ll never get lost in the crowd.

✅ Personal coaching on your technique, form, and progress.

✅ Structured strength & fitness programming tailored for the group.

✅ Progress tracking and accountability from your coach each week.

✅ Supportive community vibe that makes training fun and consistent.

Perfect for:

Anyone wanting a step up from large group classes,

Clients who want coaching and structure but at a lower cost than 1-1 PT,

Those looking to build strength, improve fitness, and stay accountable.

💰 Investment: £19 per person
📅 When: Wednesday nights, 7 pm (limited spots – max 5 per group)
📍 Where: Studio 121, Southwell

Open Gym Pass

Train independently in our private personal training studio during designated Open Gym slots. This is not a coached session - it’s self-led training time with a coach on-site for safety and to keep the studio running smoothly.

You’ll have access to our full facility, including 2 Racks, benches, Dumbbells, Strength Machines, Cable Machine, Functional Training Area and Cardio equipment. All in a calm, focused environment (no crowds, no queues, no waiting around).

Limited numbers (max 5) so you can train properly

Great for staying consistent between PT sessions

Ideal for anyone who wants quality kit and space without busy gym chaos

 

How it works:

£10 per 60-minute slot

Maximum 5 people per session (pre-booking required)

A coach is present for supervision (not coaching)

Induction required for first-time Open Gym users

- People who already know what they’re doing and want a high-quality training space

- Clients who want extra sessions between PT

- Anyone who prefers a quieter, more premium gym environment

 

Important: Open Gym is for independent training. For safety and quality, all users must follow studio rules and respect the session time.

We are Matt & Jonny, the guys behind Studio 121. We've been helping people like you achieve the best body and mind you never thought was possible.


From working in the hospitality industry to highly successful Personal Trainers, our passion for health and fitness has enabled us to personally help in excess of 100 clients over the last 4 years.

We specialise in the simplest approach possible to get the best body shape. No restrictive diets...no training 5 times per week spending hours in the gym and no 'special diet pills'...

Our coaching is evidence-based and is centred around you.
