This is what our Body Transformation package is for.

This programme is best for people who are already accustomed to training and want to get results quickly.

How does it work?
Initial 30 minute free consultation to go over what you want to achieve and whether the programme is the right fit for you.
Train 3 times per week in our private Studio, Southwell with your Personal Trainer.
Regular check ins to monitor progress to see whether you're on track.
Personal Nutrition Planning that is specific to you so you understand how much you should be eating and what foods you should be eating.

What happens after the first 6 or 12 weeks?
- Most clients either do another 6 weeks or continue 1-1 Personal Training with us to maintain their results or to push even further towards another goal.
